Ceramic Studio Policies

Please read our terms and policies before painting with us or reserving our studio/tables for parties. By painting in our ceramic studio or reserving us for your events, you are agreeing to these terms and policies. Art Awakened by Suzi Q reserves the right to uphold or change these terms at any time.

We glaze and fire all finished pieces within 15 business days of the item being completed. Please make sure you are happy with your ceramics before leaving the studio or call us to set it aside for you to come back to! You can return at a later date to finish it (see details below) but we need to know asap.

We are happy to hold your piece for your to return and finish up to 30 days from the date you paid. After this point, you will have an additional 30 days to return. Please note that there will be a holding fee of $5 for every return visit until the piece is finished and ready to be fired in our kiln. 

*Anything left in our studio after 60 days of date of purchase will be considered abandoned and property of Art Awakened by Suzi Q - said items will be donated, sold in our storefront, used as displays, or discarded.

Please note that our studio is quite small and we run out of room fast! We appreciate your understanding and attention to finish your project in a timely manner. 

Customers have up to 30 days from initial notice to pickup their finished ceramics. We will attempt to reach out via phone call, text, and email for individual tickets, but it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to check in on their pieces or stop in to pick up. For large events/parties, we will only contact the host of the party, not the individual guests - they are free to pickup or call us for pickup details but we will not reach out to them personally.
